We respectfully request 24 hours notice if you have to cancel or rearrange your appointment.  Missed appointments, or appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice will incur a fee of 50% of the total treatment value.  This can be paid by bank transfer, details of which will be sent to you.

 

In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency this fee may be waived at the salon owners discretion.

 

If future appointments continue to be missed, clients may be requested to pay for their treatments at the time of booking.

 

At RIRI Beauty we want our clients to have the best experience in our salon to relax and de-stress so we kindly ask if mobile phones are switched to silent and Children only accompany you if necessary.
